When I was teenager, I listend to the people saying, please keep your heart, no give him to any person, but I did not understand, what means. I believed that was very difficult because when you like someone is very difficult to say no. Now I understand that the most important is the love for myself, to shose the best people, because if is more important fisical atraction for other person than the love for yourself you will lose all times, you must choose for you all times.
